The purpose of your LeadLabs website is to collect user details so that you can maintain a relationship with potential customers, and ultimately sell them your products or services.
The form block is critical to doing this as it is the block you use to collect this data.
How do you add a Form Block?
To add content blocks to your page, click on the icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Perhaps Unexpected - There are no data fields
The purpose of LeadLabs is to support the efficient and compliant collection of personal data. By necessity the form block works slightly differently than the other content blocks.
When you drop a new form block on your web page, the first thing you will notice is that there are no data collection fields. Instead, there is merely a button that says "Submit".
Furthermore, when you click on "Edit", you are not able to add data collection fields.
This is intentional. There is nothing to worry about.
Where to add data fields - The Page Outliner
Your whole site is about collecting data. A given data item only needs to be collected once. So, what data collected (and where it is collected) is organised centrally - in the Page Outliner - which is the left-hand panel of the Webpage Builder.
The Page Outliner lists all the webpages in your data collection website. Under each page is the list of data fields collected on that page.
If a given page does not have a form block on it (and thus that page is unable to collect data) you will see:
If a given page has a form block, but is not yet collecting information, you will see:
How to add data fields
If you want to collect data on a particular page, first, use the Page Painter to add a Form Block to that page.
Then, use the Page Outliner to find the relevant page, and then click on the the button.

You can also re-arrange form fields on the same page, or move them to other pages.
You can also edit and delete form fields.
