To add data collection fields to a web page, look for the relevant page within the Page Outliner (on the left-hand side of the Webpage Builder window.)
Expand the page if necessary by clicking on the icon.
Make sure that a form block has been added to that page.

Step 1 - Select the relevant database field
Clicking on this button opens a panel from which you can select the data collection field that you want to add.
LeadLabs comes with a range of pre-defined data collection fields.
LeadLabs also supports the creation of your own custom data collection fields.
Avoiding Duplicate Fields
There is no advantage to asking the same question twice. Indeed, doing so causes confusion and problems.
The prevent you from asking for the same data twice, LeadLabs greys out the data collection fields that have already been used.
In the below screenshot, Title, First Name, Last Name and Email have been used previously and as such are not available to be added to the current page.
Note: If you have decided that it would be better to collect certain data on this page rather than a previous page, in the Page Outliner, drag the relevant data collection field from the page where it currently is to the current page.

Step 2 - Select labels
One you have selected the data field that you want to collect, confirm that Field Label and the Placeholder Text.
The Field Label is the text that appears above the data entry field.
The Placeholder Text appears temporarily within the data entry field.
Both are optional, however, in most circumstances, the user will require at least one in order to understand what you are asking for.
Step 3 - Decide if this data is required
Tick the relevant box if all web visitors are required to supply this information.
Step 4 - Save your changes / Add the field
