The Page Outliner is where you structure your data collection process:
- the pages of your website; and
- the data collected on each page
Hovering over a page allows you to duplicate it or edit it. (More details can be found HERE.)
Listed underneath each page are the data collection fields collected on that page.
Hovering over a data collection field gives you access to two icons which let you:
- edit that data field
- delete that data field
Deleting a data collection field is irreversible, to bring it back you would need to add and configure it again.
Editing a data field
Editing a data field lets you change the Field Label (the placeholder text) and whether users are required to supply this data.
Deleting a data field
Deleting a data field removes it from this page. Given that you can only collect a given data item once regardless of the number of pages in your data collection process, deleting a data field also removes it entirely from your website.
If you accidentally delete a field, do not worry. The underlying data is not affected. Simply add the same form field back.
