LeadLabs helps you collect user data compliantly. Part of being GDPR compliant is being able to react promptly to data access requests, and requests to have existing data corrected or deleted.
The GDPR tab is where this is done. Currently there is only one sub-menu "Search Data Sets".
Retrieving Personal Data - Step 1
The main content of the page is a search box through which you can find personal records. At the moment you can only search by phone number, first name, last name or email.
Enter the phone number relating to the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) and then press
Step 2 - Identify Matching Record
If their are multiple matches to your search, manually identify the matching records(s).
Identify the record relating to the DSAR and then press
Step 3 - Preview the DSAR Report
The resulting DSAR Report is in two parts. The top part lists all the personal data collected from the user.
The bottom part lists all the activity relating to the personal data, with the most recent activity at the top.
A DATA_SUBMISSION record details what data was collected (but not the values), when, via which website, via which supplier and supplier campaign, and various audit records like the IP address, UserAgent, and Referrer of the web visitor.
A LEAD_DISPATCH record details what data was processed (but not the values), when, how, in which format, by whom, for which buyer, under which buyer campaign.
